Join PHBI as we welcome Ken Strilchuk and Bob Green from Crestcom for the first of three webinars in the series Leading (& Thriving) Until Freeze–Up 2022. This series is aimed to help make you a better leader through engaging and by the end of this session, you will:

  1. Know what the Crestcom Leadership Program is and how it can benefit you
  2. Be introduced to a 5-step delegation model that can save time and improve outcomes – less rework, fewer customer complaints, happier teammates and a more productive work environment for leaders, their teams and trades.

We’ll begin the interactive session exploring what stops leaders from delegating effectively? . Intuitively we all know that delegation is a leadership tool that will help more work get done, often in a shorter period of time and trains-up your company’s next generation of leaders. If it’s that impactful…what stops leaders from delegating effectively?

Learn from Crestcom’s thought leader – Marilyn Sherman – a 5-step delegation model that describes How To Multiply Your Impact. Then join in a Crestcom micro-learning led by Bob Green and transfer Marilyn’s theory into a practical action plan guiding you with competence and confidence, to know what to delegate, to whom and how to have a delegation communication confirming your Afters. In other words… “After YOU leave”…they will achieve what you would’ve done, more often than less and sometimes even better!
