Together, they are responsible for delivering ANHWP’s strategy, supporting our employees and ensuring the organization continues to provide strong service and value to Builder Members and homeowners.
Our Senior Leadership Team
Scott Hamilton is President & CEO of the ANHWP Group of Companies, where he leads a diversified organization spanning new home warranty, insurance, education and home services.
With significant senior leadership experience across strategy, operations, sales, marketing and customer experience — along with deep roots in Alberta’s homebuilding industry through his time with Hopewell Residential — Scott brings an industry perspective to the Group’s continued growth and evolution. Since joining ANHWP in 2019, he has led a period of significant growth, diversification and transformation, expanding the organization’s reach, strengthening its core businesses and launching new services, including Dweller Home Services, to better support builders and homeowners.
Scott is an active leader in Canada’s residential construction and new home warranty sectors and is passionate about building strong organizations, creating exceptional customer experiences and advancing an industry that plays such an important role in the communities we call home. He holds an MBA from the University of Calgary.
Gena is an experienced financial leader with a strong background in the real estate industry and expertise spanning financial management, strategic leadership, forecasting and budgeting.
As Chief Financial Officer, Gena oversees ANHWP’s Finance, Risk and Legal functions, supporting the organization’s financial strength, effective risk management and long-term sustainability. She holds the CPA, CGA designation.
Kylie brings more than 20 years of progressive human resources leadership experience, with a focus on building strong teams, developing organizational culture and aligning people strategies with business goals.
As Vice President, People & Culture, Kylie leads ANHWP’s people strategy and supports an environment where employees can grow, contribute and succeed. Her experience spans cultural transformation, employee engagement, leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
Jocelyn brings more than 20 years of marketing and business leadership experience across B2B and B2C organizations and international brands. Her expertise spans business strategy, customer engagement, strategic partnerships, brand development, business development and data-driven marketing.
As Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Jocelyn leads ANHWP’s Marketing and Customer Solutions teams, with a focus on strengthening relationships, understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth. She holds an MBA, Level 2 General Insurance License, and brings extensive experience advising executive teams and Boards.
Byron brings extensive senior leadership experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement and organizational change, supported by a strong background in strategic, business and financial planning.
As Vice President, Operations, Byron leads ANHWP’s Claims and Claims Resolution Team, Information Technology, Operations and Contact Centre, and Dweller Home Services. His focus on quality management, performance measurement and process improvement helps strengthen how ANHWP delivers service to Builder Members and homeowners.
