Understanding the soil a home is built on is critically important for the residential construction industry. Join us for our latest webinar, “Residential Construction on Expansive Soils” to gain a better understanding of just what expansive clay soils are, and the effects they have on a home.

Experts Charles Kwok, M.Sc., P.Eng., and Anast Demitt, P. Eng., will provide insight on what factors should be considered, provide an overview of soil types in Alberta, and other factors that may lead to movement, including mitigation tips on heaving and settlement.
