The main objective is to ensure that you as the homeowner end up with the home for which you contracted. The best way to achieve this result is to work with your Builder Member and work out the different issues and concerns as they appear. However, in some instances, the dialogue can become difficult and it may appear that you and your builder will never see eye to eye. If you are not able to work through these differences, the Program offers effective dispute resolution services.
